**Responsibilities**:
1) Lead BIM projects: Oversee and manage the implementation of BIM processes, standards, and workflows on assigned projects.

2) Coordinate with stakeholders: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.

3) Model development: Develop and maintain BIM models, including creating and editing 3D models, generating 2D drawings, and managing data integration.

4) Clash detection and resolution: Perform clash detection analysis and coordinate with project team members to resolve conflicts and issues.

5) Quality control: Conduct regular quality control checks on BIM models and deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards.

6) Mentoring and training: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior BIM modelers, assisting in their professional growth and development.

7) BIM coordination meetings: Participate in BIM coordination meetings with project team members to review and resolve coordination issues.

Standards and process improvement: Continuously review and enhance BIM standards, processes, and best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity.

**Requirements**:
1) Minimum 7 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.

2) Proficiency in BIM software tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit, etc.) and knowledge of BIM-related technologies.

3) Strong understanding of BIM processes, standards, and workflows.

4) Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively collaborate with project team members.

5) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve conflicts and issues.

6) Leadership capabilities to guide and mentor junior BIM modelers.

7) Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

8) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
