Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Revit Trainer with a strong background in either MEP or Architecture (both streams are welcome). The trainer will be responsible for conducting structured training sessions, mentoring students and working professionals, and ensuring they gain hands-on expertise in using Revit software and implementing industry-standard BIM workflows. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to the development of future BIM professionals by providing practical knowledge and real-time project examples.

Job Specifications

  • Education: Graduate or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
  • Software Expertise: Autodesk Revit (Architecture / MEP), AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Revit (Architecture or MEP)
  • Proven ability to deliver structured Revit training programs to diverse learners
  • Practical exposure to real-time BIM workflows and coordination processes
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for easy understanding
  • Proactive in staying updated with new software features and industry best practices

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Delivery: Conduct structured and practical training sessions on Revit (Architecture/MEP) for students and professionals
  • Training Material Development: Prepare detailed training materials, lesson plans, and real-world project-based examples
  • Student Mentoring: Monitor student progress, provide guidance, and assist in hands-on exercises to improve learning outcomes
  • Industry Knowledge Updates: Stay updated with the latest industry practices, Revit software updates, and BIM workflows, and incorporate them into training
  • Training Module Enhancement: Support the development and regular updating of training modules to reflect industry trends
  • Real-Time Problem Solving: Provide technical assistance during exercises and simulations, helping learners resolve modeling and coordination challenges
  • Workshops & Webinars: Organize workshops and webinars to provide additional learning opportunities
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and performance progress reports
