**Job description**

**DRAWLINES **is looking for an experienced **Architectural Draftsman, **who must have 2 years of experience in GCC projects.

**Drawlines Consult W.L.L **is amongst the leading BIM & CAD design solution firms. We build success and reputation for our clients with high-quality and cost-effective BIM modeling, CAD drafting, Design Support, Interior design, and Engineering Workforce solutions. Over the years, we have partnered in delivering numerous small, medium, and mega projects across GCC and India.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and plotting architectural and interior design drawings
- Preparing specifications based on technical knowledge, given information, and/or sketch drawings
- Preparing tender, construction, as-built & shop drawings for architectural and interior design drawings
- Producing large-scale documentation packages
- Preparing Shop & layout Drawings ( Architectural )
- Preparing as-built drawings, technical drawings, and plans.
- Preparations of Working Drawings.
- Checked Drawings for conformity and accuracy.
- Developed specification control drawings
- Survey of the project site and revision/updating of project drawings.
- Preparing to Cut list Drawings.
- Architectural Information
- Furniture/Fixture Plan
- Elevations and Wall Sections
- Joinery Coordination
- Electrical/Mechanical Coordination
- Floor Covering & Section Details
- Reflected Ceiling Plan and Ceiling Section Details

**Required Qualification**:

- Diploma or equivalent Degree in Engineering.
- Must have GCC project experience.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calicut - 673328, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:
