Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Draftsman, located in Kozhikode. The Draftsman will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and detailed architectural plans based on specifications. The role involves working closely with architects and engineers to develop and refine building plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements. Daily tasks include preparing drawings, reviewing sketches, modifying plans, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in technical drawing and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, )
- Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy in creating and reviewing drawings
- Ability to interpret and analyze complex sketches and designs
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Relevant qualifications in drafting, architecture, or engineering
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
