Job descriptionAbout the job Field Sales Executive - Lending/Business Loan**1. Purpose of the Job**
- The Field Sales Executive is responsible for independently generating leads, meeting sales targets for business loans and financial products, and promoting digital payment solutions at unorganized retail locations.
- This role requires self-starters who can take initiative, work autonomously, and effectively communicate complex solutions to customers.
**2. Summary of the Role**
- **Skills Required**: Good sales and negotiation skills, understanding of financial products and markets, knowledge of local geography, and familiarity with smartphones and operating systems.
- **Transportation**: A two-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving license are essential.
- **Responsibilities**:
- Plan and schedule market visits to generate leads.
- Meet sales targets for business loans and other financial products.
- Deploy products and explain their benefits at client locations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, leading to higher sales conversions and retention.
- Gather feedback from the market for existing offerings and competitor insights.
- Onboard new retailers and educate them on the digital payments acceptance process.
- Resolve issues for existing merchants.
