Position: Field Sales Representative

Job summary:
Tarun Paints, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join their team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory. Your strong sales skills and customer centric approach will contribute to the success of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a deep understanding of Tarun Paints product line, including paints, coatings and related accessories.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and competitor activities.
- Conduct face to face meetings with contractors, builders and other key decision makers to present Tarun Paints products.
- Provide accurate and timely quotations, negotiate pricing, terms and conditions and prepare sales contract to secure new business.
- Build and nurture long term relationships with existing customers.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and product innovation.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including activity updates, sales forecasts, and market feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Any graduate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and effectively convey product features and benefits.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
- Ability to analyse customer needs.

Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

**Benefits**:

- Reimbursement for petrol expenses incurred during customer visits.
- Phone recharge reimbursement to cover communication expenses related to work.

Pay: 20,000 per month
