**Job Summary**: As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our brand's market share. You will be responsible for managing and growing a territory, building strong relationships with retailers, and ensuring our products are prominently displayed and readily available to consumers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Territory Management**:

- Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize sales potential.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts within the assigned territory.
- **Customer Relationship Building**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential retail partners.
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- **Sales Execution**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with retailers to secure favorable deals.
- Promote new products and ensure effective in-store merchandising.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Gather and analyze market data to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide regular feedback to the sales team and management on market conditions and opportunities.
- **Promotional Activities**:

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with brand strategies.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports.
- Manage expense reports and adhere to company policies.
