**Reports to**: Sales Manager

Job Summary:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting the Uber Fleet program to potential drivers. You will be engaging with individuals in the field, explaining the benefits of driving Uber Fleet commercial cars on a daily rental basis, and convincing them to join the program. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out potential drivers in designated areas and engage them in conversations about the Uber Fleet program.
- Explain the benefits and features of renting Uber Fleet commercial cars, including rental terms, earnings potential, and other advantages.
- Provide detailed information and answer any questions potential drivers may have about the program.
- Persuade and convince potential drivers to join the Uber Fleet program and assist them in the sign-up process.
- Maintain a detailed record of interactions with potential drivers and follow up as necessary.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to improve the sales strategy and program offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team and participate in team meetings and training sessions.

### Requirements:

- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with the ride-hailing industry and the Uber platform is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
