Key Responsibilities:

- **Manage Inbound Calls**: Handle incoming calls professionally and ensure proper resolution or redirection.
- **Attend Calls & Divide Leads**: Respond to queries and distribute potential leads to the relevant teams or departments.
- **Feedback Calls & Ticket Generation**: Conduct follow-up calls to gather feedback and generate tickets for further action.
- **Stock Management & Records**: Maintain and update records related to stock and other business operations.
- **CRM Management**: Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data, update information, and ensure seamless tracking of interactions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic record-keeping.
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
