**Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR) - International Inbound Services**

**U.S.A AND U.K HOTEL-FLIGHTS BOOKING-VACATIONS BOOKING PROCESS CHAT AND VOICE ASSISTANT HIRING FOR TOP USA AND UK COMPANIES**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Multilingual Support**:

- Provide exceptional customer service in multiple languages to cater to our diverse international clientele.
- **Cross-Cultural Communication**:

- Demonstrate cultural awareness and adapt communication styles to meet the needs of customers from different regions.
- Foster positive relationships with international customers to enhance overall satisfaction.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Investigate and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with international teams to address complex problems and provide timely solutions.
- **Product and Service Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on the company's global products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in the development of training materials to enhance the team's international product knowledge.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of international customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Generate reports to analyse international customer trends and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in ENGLISH can speak in UK ACCENT.
- Previous experience in international customer service or a related field.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional international customer service.
- Proficient in using customer service software and related tools.
