Sales Executive is responsible for generating business for the hotel by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through corporate accounts, travel agents, banquet/event sales, and other hospitality segments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through direct sales calls, networking, and client relationship management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.
- Promote hotel services including rooms, banquets, F&B outlets, and other facilities.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Maintain a database of existing and potential clients through CRM tools.
- Coordinate with operations, F&B, and front office teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the hotel and generate leads.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager/Director.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in hotels, resorts, or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
