Banquet Sales Executive

The Banquet Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling banquet facilities for weddings, conferences, corporate events, social gatherings, and other functions. The role involves managing client relationships, preparing proposals, coordinating with operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for banquet sales.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and annual banquet sales targets.

**Client Handling**
- Meet clients to understand their event requirements and budget.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, contracts, and banquet packages.
- Negotiate pricing and terms within the company guidelines.

**Event Coordination**
- Liaise with the Banquet Operations team to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Conduct site visits and walkthroughs with clients.
- Coordinate with F&B, housekeeping, and other departments for event arrangements.

**Revenue & Reporting**
- Track sales performance and update the management with daily/weekly reports.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting for banquet revenue.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Good understanding of banquet operations and event planning.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
