**Job Title: Field Sales Executive**

**Location: Gulbarga, Karnataka**

**Salary: ₹18,000-20,000 per month**

**Responsibilities**:

- Take charge of field sales activities within Gulbarga, Karnataka, under the banner of Marconix Sales Solutions.
- Actively engage in lead generation, sales prospecting, and product promotion to bolster the company's market presence.
- Foster and sustain relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring consistent communication to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct persuasive and captivating presentations and demonstrations, adeptly showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Utilize effective negotiation tactics to successfully close deals and surpass predetermined sales targets.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Comprehensive understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies, particularly in the realm of consumer products or services.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate product features convincingly.
- Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with a natural inclination towards building and nurturing professional relationships.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering results in a competitive environment.
- Previous B2B (business-to-business) sales experience is highly desirable.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler license and a reliable bike for daily travel within Gulbarga and nearby regions.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members to achieve common goals.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
