We are looking for passionate, creative, and dedicated Commis Chefs 1 & 2 to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Commis Chef, you will assist in the preparation and cooking of food according to recipes and menu specifications, ensuring the highest quality and standards are met. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Commis Chef 1**:

- Assist in the preparation of food items as per the menu and recipes provided.
- Work in multiple kitchen sections (e.g., grill, pastry, sauces, cold sections).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
- Assist in the efficient and effective operation of the kitchen.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Follow health and safety procedures, ensuring food hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Support the team by managing minor kitchen tasks during busy periods.
- **Commis Chef 2**:

- Support the preparation of meals for service under the guidance of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Assist in training new kitchen staff and apprentices.
- Ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Help maintain inventory levels and assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, ensuring utensils, kitchen tools, and equipment are properly sanitized.
- Work in different kitchen sections as required and follow station responsibilities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Commis Chef 1**:

- Basic culinary qualification or training (e.g., Culinary Arts diploma).
- Previous experience in a similar role (or eagerness to learn).
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
- **Commis Chef 2**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen.
- Passionate about food, with a keen interest in learning new culinary techniques.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Volunteer

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
