- Tandoor Chef (Commis 2)

**Location**:

**Responsibilities include**:

- Support the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in the daily operation and work.
- Work according to the instructions of Superiors.
- To prepare, cook and serve food delegated as your responsibility
- Ensure that the highest possible quality is maintained and that agreed standards for food preparation and presentation are met at all times under guidance from a senior chef.
