We are seeking a talented and passionate Commis Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Commis Chef, you will work closely with our experienced chefs to assist in all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of high-quality dishes following standardized recipes and specifications.
- Collaborate with senior chefs to ensure timely and efficient food production.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, equipment, and utensils.
- Handle and store food items in compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Follow proper sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Execute basic cooking techniques such as chopping, slicing, and grilling under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Support the team during service by plating dishes, garnishing, and ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Participate in kitchen training sessions and culinary workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment preferred but not required.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent training is a plus.
- Basic understanding of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions from senior chefs.
- Strong passion for food and eagerness to learn new culinary techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

Ludhiana Localites preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
