**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, bake, and present a variety of pizzas according to company recipes and standards.
- Prepare and assist in the production of all food items listed on the Oasis Bakalwa menu, including bakery, confectionery, and savory products.
- Follow recipes accurately and ensure consistency in taste, quality, and appearance.
- Maintain proper portion control and minimize food wastage.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients and products.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation at all times.
- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, prep work, and inventory management.
- Adhere to all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining kitchen equipment and report any issues promptly.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Basic culinary knowledge with a focus on pizza-making and baking skills.
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef, Pizza Maker, or Bakery Assistant is preferred.
- Good understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take direction.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Wearing clean and complete **formal kitchen attire** (chef uniform) at all times.
- Maintaining a professional and hygienic appearance.
