**Job Title**: Commis Chef (Indian Cuisine)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Assist in the preparation and cooking of a wide range of Indian dishes, including curry and tandoor items, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- **Ingredient Handling**: Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
- **Cooking Techniques**: Utilize traditional Indian cooking techniques and equipment, including tandoors, to create authentic and flavorful dishes.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest quality.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other kitchen staff and chefs to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- **Training**: Participate in food trails and ongoing training to stay updated on culinary trends and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role, with a focus on Indian cuisine.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in preparing curry and tandoor dishes, with a strong understanding of Indian spices and flavor profiles.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with traditional Indian cooking methods and techniques.
- **Hygiene**: Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- **Attitude**: Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt.
- **Availability**: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
