**About the Role**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Telecaller to join our Domestic Sales Department. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the sales team by conducting data searches, making outbound calls to hospitals and medical companies across India, and gathering contact information of their procurement departments. This crucial role will help bridge the gap between potential clients and the sales team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient lead generation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct online searches to identify potential clients, including hospitals, medical companies, and healthcare institutions in India.
- Collect relevant data such as company names, locations, and contact details.
- Make outbound calls to target organizations to gather information about their procurement departments.
- Pass on the gathered contact information to the sales team for follow-up and business development.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on the number of calls made, contacts obtained, and progress achieved.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to conduct online research efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Confidence in making cold calls and handling objections professionally.
- Prior experience in telecalling in BPO or sales support is a plus.
