We are looking for a **Call Center Executive** to handle customer communication effectively. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, handling enquiries, providing product information, following up on payments/orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Provide information about DESMAT products (labels, inks, stationery solutions)
- Manage order updates and payment follow-ups
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Resolve customer enquiries and escalate complex issues when required
- Generate leads and support sales team through telesales activities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate responses

**Requirements**:

- Graduate (preferred) with 1-3 years of experience in customer service / call center / telesales
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; local language is a plus)
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

**Working Days & Timings**: 6 days working (Monday to Saturday), 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹9,947.17 - ₹27,936.06 per month
