**Job Title: Tele Caller Executive**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers or clients using a prepared list of contacts.
- Introduce products or services, explain pricing and answer questions from potential customers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.
- Handle inbound calls from customers or clients seeking information or assistance.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during calls, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Record details of interactions, inquiries, complaints, and comments to maintain a comprehensive customer database.
- Collaborate with sales or marketing teams to share insights from customer interactions.
- Meet call quotas and sales targets set by the company.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills in the language(s) required for the job (typically English, and potentially others based on the clientele).
- Strong persuasive skills to effectively convey product/service benefits and close sales.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach to handle customer inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to navigate computer systems, CRM software, and databases to retrieve and input information.
- Time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively during calls.
- Sales or customer service experience may be preferred, but not always required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education might be necessary, while additional certifications in customer service or sales could be beneficial.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Making a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers or clients.
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Documenting call information, including details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- Adhering to call scripts or guidelines provided by the company.
- Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
