**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine testing of **raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products** as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct **physical, chemical, and microbiological tests** to ensure quality compliance.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and ensure accurate test results.
- Prepare, review, and maintain **test reports, COAs (Certificate of Analysis), and documentation**.
- Assist in investigating and reporting any **non-conformities or deviations**.
- Ensure adherence to **GMP, GLP, and safety protocols** in the laboratory.
- Support the implementation of **quality improvement initiatives** and participate in internal audits.
- Collaborate with the production and QA teams to address quality-related issues promptly.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field**.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in a Quality Control role in nutraceutical, food, or pharma industry.
- Knowledge of **analytical techniques, lab instruments (HPLC, UV, etc.), and documentation practices**.
- Good understanding of **GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines**.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong attention to detail with good documentation skills.
- Basic understanding of nutraceutical regulations (FSSAI, GMP).
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the QA domain.
