Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports to: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell solar products (rooftop systems, inverters, panels, etc.)
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, digital campaigns, and partnerships
Conduct site assessments and suggest suitable solar solutions
Create and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and installers
Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and project execution
Track and report on sales performance, market feedback, and competition
Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and outreach events
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
1-3 years of sales experience (solar/renewable energy industry preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Willing to travel locally/regionally as needed
Knowledge of solar technology and energy economics is a plus
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office
Ability to explain technical products in simple terms
Fluency in local language + English/Hindi
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
