**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce the company's products/services.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries promptly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and customer feedback in the database.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities by understanding customer needs.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely follow-through.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to achieve overall company objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi]
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or related fields is a plus.
- Prior experience in [industry-specific requirement, e.g., healthcare, sales, etc.] is preferred.

**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 04:00 PM]

**Compensation**:
Incentives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
