**Job Description: ABM - Sales - Immigration Counsellor**
**Viman Nagar**
- Accountable for achieving individual and team targets
- Counseling prospective clients for client retention
- Resolving all issues raised by clients by coordinating with the corporate office
- Punctual and accurate preparation and submission of MIS
- Handling queries and convincing clients to avail skilled migrant visa for Australia, Canada & other countries
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintenance of Trackers / Databases to update Management on the status of clients,
- To do in-depth study about services being offered & suggest changes and tweaking to drive business
- Take care of BTL marketing activities to increase walk-ins and retentions
- Employee development and Performance management of my team
- Plan, organize, direct and control the process flow in the department.
- Resolve problems that arise, such client escalations during the phase of file processing and addresses their grievances with suitable solutions.
- Implementing new ideas to streamline the process and trying best to have zero errors.
- Helping juniors in solving the escalations and personally handling client walk-ins and solve queries.
- Regular follow-ups with clients to ensure the smooth process.

**Salary**: Up to ₹39,872.67 per month
