Job Title: Account Based Marketing (ABM) Intern
MOTM Technologies is a Sales & Marketing partner for Engineering Industries, serving more than 140 unique clients from various engineering verticals. The company is driven by ethics, morals, and commitment to driving success for their clients. They undertake essential activities of Sales & Marketing fraction such as Market Research, Tele-sales, E-mail Marketing, Field Sales, ABM (Account Based Marketing), and Digital Marketing.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Intern to support our ABM initiatives. In this role, you will help identify high-value target accounts, source contact information for key decision-makers, and perform quality checks on data to ensure its accuracy. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ABM and learn the fundamentals of data-driven marketing and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Company Research: Assist in researching and identifying relevant target companies that align with our ideal customer profiles.
Data Verification: Perform quality checks on sourced data to ensure it is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
Database Maintenance: Help organize and maintain records of collected data, updating and cleaning the database as necessary to maintain data integrity.
Collaboration: Work closely with the ABM and sales teams to refine target lists, gaining insights into the lead acquisition and validation process.
Learning Opportunities:
Gain hands-on experience with data collection and verification tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and others.
Learn about Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and how data supports targeted B2B marketing campaigns.
Develop an understanding of Continuous Data Quality Assurance (CDQA) practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Research Skills: Strong research abilities and attention to detail.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with high attention to detail.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and learn from others in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge or interest in B2B marketing, lead generation, or data management.
Basic understanding of ABM concepts or experience in data verification is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
