**Experience Required**:
1. Coordinate with managers to define necessary requirements for open roles.

3. Browse resume databases and portfolio sites.

5. Advertise open positions to external networks.

6. Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances and industry professionals.

8. Keep in touch with past applicants.

9. Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels

10. Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role

11. Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques.

**Skills**:
1. Min Diploma holder with 1-2 years of related working experience in marine industry

2. Good team player and able to work with minimum supervision

4. Good interpersonal, communication and computer skills

**Exp.**:3 to 5 years of experience.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
