**Designation**: Service Coordinator (Solar CS)
**Position description**:
This position will be responsible to solve the service enquires from the customers and help service personnel in the field in effective service on timely basis.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Assign a complaint number to the inquiries and track them as per defined SLA.
- Properly document all verbal and digital correspondence relevant to the customers enquires.
- Assign the Service personnel to complete on-site troubleshooting against service requests.
- Track the Service personnel and coordinate with customer till service enquiry addressed.
- Maintaining paper and electronic files for all the complaints as applicable.
- Maintain daily tracker and share the report with reporting manager as and when required.
- Take feedback from the customer and strive for better service experience for them.
- Periodically contact customers to assess customer satisfaction and opportunities for secondary growth.
**Educational qualifications preferred**
- **Category**: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree
- **Field specialization**: Business Administration and Management, General, Commerce, Mathematics & Statistics
- **Degree**: Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA, Bachelor of Commerce - BCom, Master of Business Administration - MBA
**Required Competencies**:
Confident in both written and spoken communication.
**Required Skills**:
3 to 5 years.
Proven work experience as a Service Coordinator or similar role.
Strong work ethic and service skills.
Stay up to date with services, policies and regulations.
Strong record-keeping and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
