**Job Title: PA cum Coordinator**

**Location**: Greater Noida (with travel to plant sites and client/vendor locations)

**Reporting To**: CEO

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Executive Support**
- Manage the CEO’s **daily calendar**, appointments, and travel plans
- Schedule and coordinate **internal and external meetings**:

- Handle **client-facing arrangements**, including visit planning and hospitality
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the CEO’s office

**Multi-Way Coordination**
- Act as a bridge between **Plant operations, Sales team, and Clients**:

- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups across departments
- Liaise with **prime vendors** for service delivery, documentation, and issue resolution
- Track and report on coordination outcomes using structured formats

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Prepare and manage **Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and reports**:

- Draft professional communications in **Hindi and English**:

- Maintain records of meetings, decisions, and follow-ups

**Mobility & Flexibility**
- Willingness to travel to **plant sites, client offices, and vendor locations** as needed
- Adapt to dynamic schedules and urgent requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
