**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties**:
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files (both physical and digital).
- Support HR-related activities such as onboarding and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic accounts-related tasks.
**Service Coordination**:
- Receive, log, and track customer service requests or complaints.
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians or support teams.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service delivery.
- Maintain service logs and generate reports for management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
