We are looking for a **Billing Operator** proficient in **Busy Accounting Software** to manage invoicing, billing, and financial record-keeping.

**Billing & Invoicing**:

- Generate and process invoices, credit notes, and debit notes using **Busy Accounting Software**.
- Verify and validate customer billing details, payment terms, and tax compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records and ledgers.

**Accounting & Data Management**:

- Ensure timely and accurate entry of sales, purchases, and expense transactions.
- Reconcile accounts, check ledger balances, and correct discrepancies.
- **Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. (Preferred but not mandatory)
**Experience**: 1-3 years in billing, accounting, or finance roles.
**Software Proficiency**:Busy Accounting Software** (mandatory), MS Excel, and Tally (preferred).
**Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of **GST, TDS, E-way bills, and financial reconciliations**.
**Skills**: Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and good communication skills.
**Other**: Ability to handle multiple invoices efficiently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
