Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Computer Operator cum Store Manager to oversee both the technical operations and store management activities. This dual-role position requires an individual who is proficient in managing store inventory and operations while efficiently handling computer systems, data entry, and other IT-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Store Management:
Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management and stock control.

Track and maintain accurate inventory records using software systems.

Manage procurement of products, ensure timely stock replenishment, and handle

Implement store policies, procedures, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Perform sales analysis, prepare reports, and optimize store operations for profitability.

Computer Operations:
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and manage store databases.

Operate and maintain computer systems, printers, and other technical equipment.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely updates.

Assist in managing POS (Point of Sale) systems, billing, and stock management software.

Ensure backup of data and maintain data security protocols.

Generate and analyze reports using various computer tools (Excel, inventory management software, etc.).

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Strong experience with inventory management and retail operations.

Proficiency in computer systems, including MS Office Suite, inventory management software, and POS systems.

Basic knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and network management.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in both store management and computer operations.

Previous experience using ERP systems or store management software.

Familiarity with stock control and purchase order systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
