Job Title Medical Billing Representative - AR Caller Job Description AR Representative will work with the RCM team to ensure the Client's AR stays within 30 days and the revenue collections are maximized

**Track and follow up with insurance payers on the unpaid claims**

Identify denial trends and highlight claim related issues in timely manner

**Maintain AR tracker and ensure that the productivity for AR claims follow-up is maintained**

Display in-depth knowledge and execute standard operating procedures (SOP’s) **Communicate clearly and effectively to management on billing issues, concerns, and trends**

Have the ability to investigate and get to the bottom of the claim denial reasons

**Perform other duties as assigned**

**Job Requirements**

Strong knowledge of the US healthcare medical billing terminology **Familiar with guidelines of US government, commercial and private payers** Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete work to meet established objectives **Skilled in handling phone calls in a pleasant manner** Highly proficient with computers, especially Word and Excel **Excellent written and oral English communication skills** Positive attitude and an outgoing personality

**Ability to work in night shifts Experience: More than 1 years’ experience in AR calling - Physician Billing Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech with relevant work experience required Shifts: Night Shift (6:30 pm - 4:00 am) Monday to Friday Salary: Commensurate with experience.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,609.54 - ₹31,416.87 per month
