**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate accurate and timely invoices for UK-based clients in line with agreed billing cycles.
- Validate and verify billing data, rates, surcharges, and discounts before finalizing invoices.
- Identify discrepancies, missing data, or billing errors and resolve them in coordination with operations or client service teams.
- Maintain billing records, audit trails, and documentation for compliance and reporting.
- Reconcile invoices against POs, work orders, or delivery confirmations as per client guidelines.
- Respond to billing queries or disputes and coordinate necessary corrections or credit notes.
- Support month-end closing, reporting, and audit processes.
- Work with finance and pricing teams to update pricing matrices and customer profiles when needed.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in pricing, billing, or invoicing in an international environment (UK/Europe preferred).
- Strong understanding of billing cycles, financial documentation, and invoice validation.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and overseas clients.
- Proficient in MS Excel, billing software, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Flexible to work in UK time zone.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
