Position Overview:
**Company Name**: Zouma IT consultancy company
**Shift Timings**: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Day Shift)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage US billing processes and foreign accounting operations efficiently.
- Handle and process 2,000-3,000 orders daily with accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Reconcile accounts, track invoices, and ensure compliance with international accounting standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure streamlined processes for logistics and financial reporting.
- Analyze and improve existing accounting workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date records and generate periodic financial reports.
- Address client queries related to billing and provide resolutions promptly.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in foreign accounting, preferably in the logistics sector.
- Proven track record in handling high-volume transactions (2,000-3,000 orders/day).
- Familiarity with US accounting and billing standards is a must.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel for data management and reporting.
- **Other Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
