**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **SEO Billing Executive** to manage billing and invoicing related to our SEO services. Whether you’re a fresher eager to start your career or someone with up to 2 years of experience, this is a great opportunity to work closely with both the digital marketing and accounts teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and manage accurate invoices for SEO service clients
- Coordinate with the SEO and sales teams to track work completion for billing
- Maintain client billing data, records, and timelines
- Follow up on payments and handle billing queries professionally
- Reconcile project deliverables with billing schedules
- Create and update billing reports as required by management
- Ensure all billing practices align with company policies

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of SEO services is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and billing software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills for internal coordination and client follow-ups

**Note**: Training will be provided for freshers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,839.06 - ₹15,572.47 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
