1. Gathering information about all existing and new tenders floated.

2. Follow-up of a bid, prepare online & offline tender inquiry, Understanding of tender management process.

3. Contact vendors to ask for quotations (in case of any equipment or service outsourcing) for the tender under discussion.

4. Preparing Tender as per the techno-commercial scope of work given in tenders, etc.

5. Ensure that bid response are produced to the highest quality and submitted in line with agreed timelines.

6. Attend Pre-bid meetings.

7. Communicating with clients to request tender documents/files (wherever required)

8. Creating and/or editing bid graphics Document control, proof-reading, and formatting of bid/tender responses in time.

9. Timely submission of all tenders. RFQs raised. Bid Projects Documentation etc.

10.To follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation, authorization & dispatch.

11.Tenders and liaise process and to co-ordinate with govt. Officials, pending payment and collection follow-up, MIS reports, online/ offline searching of tenders, etc.

12.Should be good at Rate analysis and quantity survey will give additional preference.

13. Search for new opportunities through different sites, departments, newspapers, and magazines. (GeM Portal/PSU/Company Portals)

15. The Tender Coordinator will be responsible for meeting all external and internal (Within Company & Govt./PSUs) deadlines to submit the bidding documents on time.

16. To work with Business Development Team to develop a tender strategy.

17. Preparation of Technical/Commercial Bid for different government departments.

18.Knowledge of Performance Bank Guarantee/EMD/POA would be preferred.

1. Provide assistance with client research in relation to tenders to identify relevant opportunities.

2. Develop relationships with other teams to share relevant information for bidding.

3. Complete & co-ordinate Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) / Requests for Information (RFI) responses with tendering authority and presentations by drawing (if Any) upon information taken from the Bid Content Library, or within bids ensuring compliance with client requirements.

4. Maintaining opportunity information within our system, including assisting with collating information for Bid Reporting.

5. Registering and maintaining accounts for online tender portals, highlighting any relevant new opportunities.

6. Ensure compliance and consistency of brand across all bid documents and collateral aligned with our bid submissions.

7. Owning and maintaining the Bid Content Library, including creating standard content/responses in to prescribed format and ensuring that information is uploaded to the ‘Bidding system and is up-to-date.

8. Assisting with the maintenance of the case study/project profile library & client references and testimonials to company library.

9. Overseeing the central tender mailbox - ensuring all requests are dealt with appropriately and reports of the same presenting reporting manager & Management.

**Salary**: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
