Tender Executive

Tender Management: Identify and assess potential tender opportunities that align with the organization's business goals.
Research and gather information on tender requirements, including specifications, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, legal, finance, and operations, to collect the necessary information for tender submissions.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization's products or services to effectively respond to tender requirements.
Proposal Development: Prepare and draft tender proposals, ensuring compliance with tender guidelines and specifications.
Customize proposals to meet the specific needs of each tender and highlight the organization's unique value proposition.
Review and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Tender Submission: Manage the tender submission process, including compiling and organizing all required documents.
Ensure that all tender documents are completed accurately and submitted within specified deadlines.
Coordinate with the procurement team to gather any necessary supplier or vendor information for tender submissions.
Track and maintain records of all tender submissions and outcomes.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and relevant industry contacts to stay informed about upcoming tender opportunities.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify tender requirements and address any queries or concerns.
Attend pre-tender meetings, site visits, and industry events to gather information and network with potential clients.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, pricing strategies, and potential areas of improvement for future tender submissions.
Stay updated on industry regulations, policies, and procedures related to tendering and procurement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience (usually 0.6-1 years) in tender management, bid preparation, or business development.
- Strong knowledge of the tendering process and familiarity with government or corporate tendering procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex information.
- Strong analytical and research skills to gather and interpret data relevant to tender requirements.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Experience with tender management software or platforms is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
