**Principal Accountabilities (Role & responsibilities)**:

- Propagate company vision & mission among customers and salespeople in the field.

Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.

Conduct market research and gather market intelligence data related to potential clients related to portfolios - Independent Power producer (IPP) & Captive Power Producer (CPP)
- Generate leads & inquiries and approach potential customers to market the product
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their requirements
- Use technical expertise when explaining project plans and discounts.

Conduct regular meetings with existing customers and ensure they remain satisfied and ensure positive feedback and reference
- Coordinate with various internal depts. for proper & timely execution of orders / PPAs.

**Qualification/Competencies**:
Educational qualifications: any Graduate Preference BE/B.Tech in

Electrical/MechanicalExperience: Minimum 4 Years Preferred

Industries: Solar/Heavy Machinery industry/any other

Competencies/skills:

- Target Oriented & Aggressive approach
- Capability of achieve targets based on the guidelines of the company's goals.

Good Communication & Presentation Skills
- Ability to build strategic and long-term relationships
- Willing to travel across Country.
- Ability to market the brand and ensure customer satisfaction

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
