Key Responsibilities:
- **Visitor Management**:
- Greet and welcome all visitors to the school, checking them in and directing them to the appropriate location.
- Maintain a visitor log and ensure adherence to school safety protocols.
- **Phone Management**:
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries to the relevant staff members.
- Take messages and relay information accurately.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain student attendance records, including reporting any absences or tardiness.
- Manage student and staff directories.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments for meetings, conferences, and parent visits.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, parents, and students to address inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with school announcements and updates.
- Coordinate with other departments within the school to ensure smooth operations.
- **Office Management**:
- Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Ensure the reception area is visually appealing and welcoming.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse individuals.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and school management systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding student and staff information
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
