Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Admin and Front Desk
employees, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer
service. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail,
and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and
friendly demeanour.

Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room
bookings.
Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data
entry.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as
needed.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Travel Desk Management:
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.
Visitor Management:
Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges.
Ensure visitors are escorted to the appropriate locations within the office.
Eligibility:
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate
environment.
Proven experience in handling travel arrangements and vendor negotiations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Customer service-oriented mindset.
SALARY - 25 TO 30 K PER MONTH.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
