**Job Description**:
As a Telecaller cum Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, and converting leads into sales. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by promoting our products/services, addressing customer inquiries, and closing sales deals over the phone. This position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct calls to prospective customers to introduce company products/services and generate leads.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, inquiries, and referrals.
- Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide product/service information to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the company database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Handle objections and negotiate terms of sale to close deals effectively.
- Achieve individual and team sales quotas and targets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or Sales Executive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales techniques.
- Fluency in Englsih is a plus.
