**Job Title: Telecaller**

**Job Overview**:As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating leads, and providing information about the products or services offered by the company. Your primary goal is to convince potential customers to purchase the company's products or services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calling**:Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.
Introduce products or services to potential customers.

**Lead Generation**:Identify and qualify leads through calls.
Gather information on potential customers to assess their needs and preferences.

**Product/Service Knowledge**:Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services.
Provide accurate information and answer queries about the offerings.

**Customer Engagement**:Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

**Sales Conversion**:Use persuasive techniques to convince potential customers to make a purchase.
Achieve sales targets and quotas.

**Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
Update customer information in the database.

**Follow-up**:Conduct follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction.
Address any issues or concerns raised by customers.

**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with team members and share insights to improve overall performance.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow scripts and adapt communication style based on customer responses.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center equipment.
- Persistence and resilience in dealing with rejection and overcoming objections.

**Working Conditions**:

- Typically works in a call center environment.
- May involve sitting for extended periods and using a headset.
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Cochin, Kerala (required)

Ability to Relocate:
