As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products or services, and handling incoming calls from existing customers or inquiries. **Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Outbound Calls**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
- Effectively follow the sales script and communicate the value proposition.
2. **Inbound Calls**:
- Receive incoming calls from customers, prospects, or the public.
- Address inquiries, provide information, and assist with problem resolution.
- Ensure a courteous and professional telephone manner.
3. **Lead Management**:
- Qualify leads and maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or department.
4. **Product Knowledge**:
- Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and promotions.
- Stay updated on product changes and updates.
5. **Customer Support**:
- Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, or concerns.
- Provide support in product-related queries and offer solutions.
6. **Data Entry**:
- Accurately enter customer information, inquiries, and call outcomes into the database or CRM system.
7. **Performance Metrics**:
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality and conversion rates.
8. **Compliance**:
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and call center best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and sensitive information.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or customer service representative.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Pleasant and clear telephone voice with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM use.
- Familiarity with product information and the ability to convey it effectively.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- Fluency in Malayalam, English (additional languages may be a plus).
- Previous experience in a similar role within the same industry.
