**Job Title**: Marketing Communication Executive - Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)

**Key Profile Requirements**:
**Educational Background**
- **Preferred**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Administration, Master / Bachelor of Engineering
- **Additional Advantage**: Knowledge or certification in Civil or Structural Engineering for better understanding of PEB systems.

**Experience**
- **Industry Knowledge**: 3-5 years of experience in marketing communication, preferably in construction, PEB, or related industries (steel, infrastructure, engineering).
- **Core Expertise**: Proven experience in B2B marketing, branding, and technical content creation.
- **Media and Channels**: Experience in managing campaigns across digital platforms, trade shows, brochures, and industry-specific publications.

**Skills and Competencies**
- **Marketing Communication Expertise**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored for the PEB industry.
- Create technical yet compelling content for brochures, case studies, presentations, and whitepapers.
- **Branding and Awareness**:

- Build and enhance the company's brand identity in the PEB market.
- Plan and manage participation in industry trade shows and exhibitions.
- **Technical Understanding**:

- Grasp basic PEB concepts to communicate technical details effectively to clients and partners.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to create accurate and persuasive communication materials.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Optimize digital strategies for lead generation and client engagement.
- **Client Engagement and Relationship Building**:

- Develop marketing tools that help the sales team pitch to potential clients.
- Build relationships with clients, architects, and consultants to understand market needs and align strategies.

- Track marketing ROI through analytics and refine campaigns accordingly.
