Job Title: PEB Detailer

We are looking for an experienced PEB Detailer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. As a PEB Detailer, you will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings for pre-engineered buildings, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, coordinating with the project team, managing changes and revisions, performing quality checks, providing support during construction, and communicating with clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review architectural and structural drawings
- Develop detailed shop drawings using CAD software
- Coordinate with the project team, including architects, engineers, and construction managers
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Manage changes and revisions to the shop drawings
- Perform quality checks on the shop drawings
- Provide support during the construction phase of the project
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that the shop drawings meet their expectations

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a PEB Detailer
- Proficient in CAD software
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
