Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of franchisees, review financial statements, sales reports, and operational metrics. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance franchisee performance.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with franchisees, addressing their concerns, providing guidance, and facilitating effective communication between the franchisor and franchisee network.
- Marketing and Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies at the franchisee level, ensuring brand consistency and promoting the franchise's products or services.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with faculty members and educational experts to develop and enhance the curriculum, ensuring alignment with academic standards and learning objectives.
- Academic Planning: Develop academic calendars, timetables, and schedules for classes, exams, and other academic activities. Coordinate with faculty to ensure smooth implementation of the curriculum.
- Student Enrollment: Manage student enrollment processes, including admissions, registration, and student records management. Provide guidance and support to prospective and current students regarding academic programs and requirements.
- Academic Support: Coordinate and oversee academic support services, such as tutoring, mentoring, and counseling, to facilitate student success and address individual learning needs.
- Faculty Support: Assist in the recruitment, orientation, and professional development of faculty members. Coordinate faculty schedules, assignments, and evaluations.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Implement assessment strategies to measure student learning outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum. Analyze data and generate reports for academic improvement.

**Salary**: ₹9,937.83 - ₹15,000.00 per month
