As an **Academic Coordinator**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our academic processes and online classes. Your expertise in class scheduling, faculty management, and data analysis will contribute to the overall success of our educational programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and create links for online classes to ensure a well-organized timetable.
- Monitor and oversee the conduct of online classes to ensure a seamless learning experience for students.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of online classes, addressing any technical or logístical issues that may arise.
- Maintain attendance records for different programs offered.
- Upload program-wise schedules in the online classroom course for easy access by students.
- Communicate class schedules to faculty and all relevant stakeholders.
- Source visiting faculty for online classes, ensuring a diverse and qualified pool of educators.
- Obtain university approval and process payments for visiting faculty engaged in online classes.
- Maintain and analyze academic data as needed by various stakeholders.
- Track and ensure the timely completion of academic tasks by faculty members.
- Coordinate with student support, exam, and admission teams to ensure smooth academic processes.
- Stay updated on the latest technology and digital transformation techniques to enhance academic process efficiency.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Doctorate (preferred)
