Key Responsibilities Academic & Curriculum Management

  • Implement and monitor curriculum across Classes 1–5.
  • Ensure proper implementation of curriculum, planners, and activity sheets.
  • Monitor student progress and ensure development in all early-childhood domains.

Teacher Guidance & Development

  • Mentor and support teachers in pedagogy, planning, and classroom management.
  • Conduct academic meetings, demos, and training sessions.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Oversee events, competitions, assemblies, and school activities.
  • Take classes whenever required to support the wing.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in relevant discipline.
  • B.Ed./M.Ed. mandatory for primary level.
  • 3–5 years of teaching experience in primary grades; coordination experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in computers, MS Office, and Google tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
