**Position - Academic Coordinator**

**Exp - Minimum 1 to 2 years (Freshers with good communication skills and technical knowledge may reply)**

**Salary - 12000 to 18000 per month**

**Location - Central Avenue, Kolkata**

**Week off - Tuesday**

**Working Hours - 11am to 8pm**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Management**:

- Develop, update, and maintain the NEET curriculum in alignment with the latest exam patterns and syllabi.
- Ensure the timely availability of study materials and resources for students.

**Faculty Coordination**:

- Manage teaching staff.
- Schedule and organize faculty meetings and training sessions.
- Provide support and resources to faculty members to enhance their teaching effectiveness.

**Student Support**:

- Monitor student progress and performance.
- Address student queries and concerns related to academics.
- Organize doubt-clearing sessions, mock tests, and review classes.
- Take regular feedbacks from students through calls.
- Arranging Regular Parents Teachers Meeting.
- Handle grievances of Students and Parents.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and oversee quality control measures for teaching and learning processes.
- Conduct regular assessments and feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement.

**Event Coordination**:

- Plan and execute academic events, workshops, and seminars.
- Collaborate with external experts and guest speakers for special sessions.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
- Prepare and present academic reports to management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
